ART TOUR COLLECTIVE

Working like crazy for the upcoming Art Show May 31st through to June 3rd. It’s put together by the Art Tour Collective, and features 30 artists, all in Toronto’s west end of the city. Great opportunity for art lovers to meet and greet many artists over 3 days.

This painting I’m working on is a street scene with a young raccoon, called “Urban Beauties”.

JUNCTION ARTISTS' EXHIBITION - SEPT 2016

This exhibition is with 6 other artists, and one of them is my dad! This will be our first one together, and I feel very fortunate to be included with him. He does mostly sculpture, very classic and beautiful.

CATALYST EXHIBIT - JULY 4th, 2016

I am in the midst of doing a series called "Prayer for a Girl" for the upcoming exhibit at the Dylan Ellis Gallery in July. The paintings came about from looking at world events, and the many changes that are happening. What can I do to help? How can I contribute?

I believe the qualities of the feminine are the answer (whether you are man, woman, child), and that more nurturing, caring, love, is what the world needs now. I try holding these energies of hope, and the belief of goodness, while painting.

On another front, spending time creating an online presence with Lady-Artist has been challenging, but rewarding.

TORONTO ART BLAST

This is the first Open Studio for artists across Toronto. I am excited to be opening my garden to all, and exhibiting with my mom, Pauline Fenton. She has been doing sculpture for the past few years.

Saturday and Sunday July 23 and 24, from 11:00 AM and to 6 PM at 599 Indian Grove, Toronto.
